On 7 September 2021, our World Bank Africa Region Team (Dorte Verner, Nanna Roos, Afton Halloran, Glenn Surabian, and Da Woon Chung) was given an award by the Korean Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The award is for the work that we have started on insect farming, including learning from the Korean insect farming industry.
